What's the difference between BYOK and All-Inclusive?
BYOK (Bring Your Own Keys): You provide your own Anthropic API key (support for additional providers coming soon). You pay for infrastructure only, and your API usage is billed directly by your AI provider.
All-Inclusive: Tokens are included in your plan. No need to manage API keys or worry about usage—it's all handled for you.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
What happens if I exceed my token limit?
For All-Inclusive plans, additional tokens are billed at the overage rate shown on your plan. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit, and you can set spending caps if desired.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start. You'll have full access to all features during your trial.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing gives you 2 months free (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to switch to annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.
